Every Forward Health evaluation is conducted by a board-certified physician licensed in your state.
Our standards
All physicians in the Forward Health network meet the following criteria:
- Board-certified in their specialty by an ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties) member board or equivalent
- Currently licensed and in good standing in the state where your evaluation takes place
- Familiar with state-specific DMV requirements for disability parking permit certifications
- Malpractice coverage in good standing
